BLANCA PALOMO
About
Blanca Palomo is an associate attorney at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC. As a first-generation student, Blanca graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in Politics and Law, and minor in cultural anthropology. She returned home to Dallas to attend SMU Dedman School of Law. As a law student, Blanca served as President of the Hispanic Law Students Association and as Chief Counsel of the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women. During law school, Blanca externed for Parkland Health and interned for the honorable Judge Audrey Moorehead.
After law school, Blanca practiced corporate and transactional law for two years, primarily serving small tech startups. She has also represented clients on commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, mechanic’s lien issues, and judicial foreclosures.
Blanca has been admitted to the Texas and New Mexico bar and is an active member of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. In her free time, Blanca enjoys going to concerts, walking the Katy Trail and listening to audiobooks.
