Drake Foster
Associate
Drake Foster is an associate attorney at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC. Drake graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southwestern College with a B.A. double majoring in History and Philosophy & Religion. While at Southwestern College, Drake played football and was an active member of the Student Government Association serving as a Senator and later Vice President of Student Organizations. He earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2024. While in Law School, Drake competed in the “Mad Dog” Mock Trial Competition, interned at the Western District of Texas Waco Division for the Honorable Alan Albright, and interned at the 68th Civil District Court of Texas for the Honorable Martin Hoffman. He is excited and passionate about using his skills to serve his client’s best interests.
Drake is licensed in the State of Texas and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association. In his free time, Drake enjoys watching sports, weightlifting, and going to church with his beautiful wife.
