Peter Anderson is the managing partner at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC. Peter is an experienced counselor and litigator with a core focused practice on health care related matters in courts and in administrative proceedings.

Jennifer A. King is a Member at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC. Previously, she was a Partner at Burford & Ryburn, LLP where she began working after graduating from Baylor University School of Law in 2001. She received her BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.


Todd Allen has spent his entire legal career working in the civil litigation field. He spent most of that early career as a litigator working with Jeff Kershaw, Peter Anderson, and David Walsh in a practice focused primarily on health care,


Paolo Ferrel is an associate at the firm. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, construction defects, and trucking defense. Paolo graduated Magna Cum Laude and Honors Distinction from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy.

M. Turner Field is a partner at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC and comes to the firm with over 19 years of experience in representing clients across Texas in matters ranging from major construction liability and defect litigation to medical malpractice,


Macy Gilbert is an associate attorney with Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC. Macy received her BA in Anthropology from Texas A&M University. She graduated from Baylor Law School after achieving a Barrister Distinction through her involvement with the Baylor Law Advocacy Program.


Rikki Hirshman received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Property Law.

Peyton focuses his legal practice on commercial litigation and liability defense, most notably transportation law and business disputes, including employment law.
