About
M. Turner Field is a partner at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC and comes to the firm with over 19 years of experience in representing clients across Texas in matters ranging from major construction liability and defect litigation to medical malpractice, employment, transportation and contractual tort claims. Approximately ninety percent of his practice is devoted to litigation with an emphasis on large, complex, multi-party commercial and residential construction representing both general contractors and subcontractors. Turner also represents both large and small business entities and individuals in matters involving breach of contract, employment issues, medical malpractice, non-compete agreements, fraud, trade secrets and trademarks. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado. Turner has extensive first-chair courtroom experience in both Federal and State trial courts.
Turner regularly counsels clients with respect to drafting and negotiating of contracts, particularly in the construction field. He also consults with businesses regarding matters involving risk assessment and dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.
Turner was born in Lubbock, Texas. He started his legal career in Dallas before relocating to Denver where he practiced law for several years. Turner returned to Dallas where he now lives and works.
