PEYTON INGE
Transportation Division Head
About
Peyton is head of the firm’s Transportation Division. Fundamentally, he is a trucking lawyer that knows the business. He drives his stretched 1986 Peterbilt 359 around the country to various events – your drivers probably visit with him at truck stops. Peyton focuses his legal practice on defending trucking companies and drivers. He frequently represents companies in high-risk lawsuits filed nationwide involving personal injury and wrongful death, as well as Carmack claims.
Prior to joining Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC, Peyton worked at a large international law firm in Washington, D.C., where he defended sophisticated, multi-national corporations in complex litigation. He holds degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and George Washington University.
Peyton is a Dallas native, and his family has been involved in the construction and commercial real estate industry in Dallas for more than 100 years. Peyton continues that family tradition when he defends construction companies and contractors in complex disputes, both in arbitration and litigation.
