LEDA JUENGERMAN
About
Leda Juengerman graduated from Baylor Law School after winning the Family Law Advocacy Award and garnering a Barrister Distinction through her involvement with multiple mock trial teams. Leda’s experience in the practice of law has primarily focused on healthcare litigation, although she has experience in a number of other areas of litigation, including business, commercial, insurance, and real estate litigation. Her experience in healthcare law includes representing both insurers and individuals concerning professional negligence, prompt pay provider disputes, and other health insurance litigation. She has appeared in both State and Federal proceedings, securing optimal results for clients both in the courtroom and through an active alternative dispute resolution practice.
Leda is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, especially through the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She has been a co-chair of the Environmental Committee since 2020. She has also been selected as a Texas Rising Star with Super Lawyers every year since 2020. In her spare time, Leda trains for marathons and bakes vegan cookies with her husband, Sam.
